Policies

Due to the nature of products sold there is a no return policy. If you have issues with your items feel free to contact us: sbs@epbfi.com

Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after order is received ( unless it is a custom order then 7-15 business days). We will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive your order in a timely fashion, but due keep in mind that due to Covid-19 USPS and UPS are having shipping delays.

In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect order, please ship us the incorrect order/item and we will ship the correct products once we receive the incorrect items back ( you will be responsible for the shipping fee, as we do not provide return labels.)
